AD IN YELLOW PAGES
The ad in the yellow pages claimed that he was the best personal injury attorney in the state of Illinois. I’m not the type of person who’s easily fooled or who believes everything that he reads, but since I had no solid recommendations for anyone else – I figured that I would give this guy a try. I was a bit skeptical going in to our meeting, but I felt a little bit more confident upon entering his office. This guy must have had a degree from every top school in the country; I even saw a diploma from a medical school. I thought that I had hit the jackpot; I mean who would know more about personal injuries, what causes them and what the future ramifications could possibly be better than a doctor. He dropped even more good news on me after the bulk of our meeting was over – in the last year he has won more than ninety percent of his personal injury cases and over the course of his career he has won more than eighty percent, and he informed me that after reviewing the evidence I had, that I could rest easy because a victory was practically in the bag. Maybe I’ll be a little more inclined to believe everything that I read now.
